Nachdem er von seinem Mentor Van Wilder in einen coolen Kerl verwandelt wurde, geht der indischstämmige Student Taj Mahal Badalandabad nach England, um auf der altehrwürdigen Camford University seinen Doktortitel zu erwerben. Am Camford-Campus aber regieren arrogante Snobs, die ihre groben Scherze mit Außenseitern wie ihm treiben. Taj lässt sich nicht beirren, scharrt andere vermeintliche Loser um sich und fordert die Verbindung der Schnösel zu einem Duell auf deren ureigenstem Terrain...
