Der Weg nach El Dorado (2000)

Tulio und Miguel, zwei glücklose spanische Gauner, sind mal wieder auf der Flucht. Mit im Gepäck haben sie eine Schatzkarte, die sie direkt nach El Dorado führen soll. Deshalb schmuggeln sich die beiden Freunde mit ihrem cleveren Pferd Altivo auf Captain Cortez' Schiff und gelangen so in die Neue Welt. Dort schlagen sie sich durch den Dschungel und stoßen dabei tatsächlich auf die sagenhafte Goldstadt, wo sie kurzerhand zu Göttern erklärt werden. Was sie nicht ahnen: Hohepriester Tzekel-Kan missbraucht die zwei für einen finsteren Plan...
