Samantha Mackenzie will endlich ein normales Leben führen. Sie will aufs College und dort – möglichst weit weg von Zuhause – all die großartigen Erfahrungen sammeln, wie jedes andere Mädchen auch: neue Freunde, tolle Partys und natürlich hübsche Jungs. Doch das ist gar nicht so einfach, denn Samantha ist nicht wie jedes andere Mädchen: Ihre Familie wohnt im Weißen Haus und ihr Vater ist niemand anderes als der Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika. Zwar sind ihre Eltern nicht begeistert von Samanthas Wunsch, willigen aber schließlich ein. Samantha darf aufs College und das sogar ohne die verhassten Bodyguards! Scheinbar. Denn ihr Vater sendet einen jungen Secret Service Agenten auf das College. Der soll, getarnt als Student, auf die “First Daughter” aufpassen. Kompliziert wird es, als die beiden sich ineinander verlieben…
