Wild Style (1982)
Wild Style dokumentiert als erster Hip Hop Spielfilm überhaupt die Entstehungsphase einer völlig neuen Kulturform. Der Film wurde 1982 zu einer Zeit gedreht, als Künstler wie Fab Five Freddy, die Rock Steady Crew und Grandmaster Flash noch am Anfang ihrer Karrieren standen und thematisiert die Verbindung zwischen Underground-Kultur und kommerzieller Kunstwelt.
