Stander (2003)
Stander ist ein biografischer Film aus dem Jahr 2003 über Kapitän André Stander, einen südafrikanischen Polizisten, der Bankräuber wurde und in dem Thomas Jane die Rolle zunächst ablehnte. Die Filmemacher konnten mit Allan Heyl sprechen, einem der Komplizen von Andre Stander, der noch im Gefängnis war; Cor van Deventer, sein Polizeipartner; und dem Aufseher des Gefängnisses, in dem Andre eingesperrt war.
