Dead Mine (2012)
Eine Expedition aus amerikanischen Wissenschaftlern und indonesischen Soldaten untersucht alte japanische Kriegsstrukturen im Binnenland der Insel Sulawesi in der Hoffnung, den legendären Schatz des Generals Yamashita zu finden. Im Urwald gerät man unter Beschuss von Rebellen und flüchtet in eine alte Mine, deren Eingang im Gefecht verschüttet wird. Bald müssen die Eingeschlossenen erkennen, dass sie unter der Erde nicht allein sind. Das Erbe der japanischen Besatzung regt sich, und macht mit Lebenden kurzen Prozess.
