Wasser - Der Film (1985)
Reggae, Rum und regelmäßig ein Joint: Die Amtsgeschäfte auf der kleinen Karibik-Insel Cascara lassen den dortigen Gouverneur viel Zeit für die schönen Dinge des Lebens. Das ändert sich schlagartig, als bei einer Ölbohrung eine Quelle entdeckt wird, aus der reinstes Mineralwasser sprudelt. Um das kühle Nass streiten sich plötzlich die verschiedensten Interessengruppen und die verschlafene Insel wird zum Tummelplatz von US Marines, britischen Soldaten, französischen Fremdenlegionären und sogar kubanischen Revolutionären.
