Swindle (2002)
New York City, ein klassischer Bankraub mit Geiselnahme wird absolut professionell druchgeführt... Aber alles nur Theater für das NYPD, für die Gangster selbst und die Öffentlichkeit, das Fernsehen. Der Raub dient in Wirklichkeit als Tarnung für einen einmaligen Coup: die Vorlagen zur Herstellung der Euro Noten zu stehlen. Bares wird mitgenommen, aber das ist nur das "Trinkgeld", um die an der Nase herumgeführten Gangster auszuspeisen, die den Raub durchführen und Sophie, Kopf der Bande, den Zugang zum zentralen Tresor zu verschaffen. Dort kopiert sie in aller Ruhe eine Simple DVD. Aber die hat es "auf" sich, nämlich alle Druckvorlagen der Euro Banknoten. Und der Bestohlene, die Europäische Zentralbank wird es nicht einmal bemerken, denn damit können echte Euro Scheine gedruckt werden.
