Man With the Screaming Brain (2005)
Der amerikanische Geschäftsmann William Cole (Bruce Campbell) reist mit seiner Frau (Antoinette Byron) aus beruflichen Gründen nach Bulgarien. Dort wird er von dem eifersüchtigen Zimmermädchen Tatoya (Tamara Gorski), die sich eine bessere Zukunft von ihm erhofft hat aber zurückgewiesen wurde, mit einem Schlag auf den Kopf getötet. Doch ein verrückter Wissenschaftler (Stacey Keach) hat eine Methode entwickelt, dem eigentlich ermordeten Cole doch noch das Leben zu retten: Er ersetzt die zerstörte Hälfte von Coles Gehirn mit dem des ebenfalls von Tatoya getöteten Taxifahrers Yegor (Vladimir Kolev)! Fortan müssen sich Cole und Yegor zusammen in einem Körper zurechtfinden, um ihrer beider Mörderin zu finden...
