Shaggy und Scooby-Doo gewinnen Karten für die Sportveranstaltung „WrestleMania“ und fahren zusammen mit den anderen der Mystery Inc. nach WWE City um sich das Ereignis anzusehen. Doch diese Stadt beherbergt ein gruseliges Geheimnis: Ein grässlicher Geisterbär hält die Stadt unter seine schrecklichen Klauen! Um die WWE Meisterschaft vor dem Spuk zu bewahren, bekommt Scooby-Doo und die Gang hilfe von den Wrestlingstars der WWE. Helfende Hände sind unter anderem John Cena, Triple H, Sin Cara, Brodus Clay, AJ Lee, The Miz and Kane.
