Beverly Hills Cop II (1987)
Schlechte Nachrichten aus Beverly Hills: Axel Foleys Freund Captain Bogomil ist auf der Straße angeschossen worden und Axel fliegt sofort an die Westküste, um bei der Suche nach Tätern zu helfen. Die Spuren deuten auf einen Verbrecherring, der die Stadt seit Tagen mit schweren Raubüberfällen in Atem hält. Während die Ärzte um Bogomils Leben kämpfen, nimmt Axel mit Taggart und Rosewood die Suche nach dem Schützen auf. Ihre Ermittlungen führen bald zu dem skrupellosen Waffenhändler Maxwell Dent und seiner Killer-Lady Karla. Dummerweise identifizieren die beiden Axel schnell als Cop und setzen einen Killer auf ihn an. Mit wenig Erfolg allerdings, denn der reaktionsschnelle und clevere Foley hat einen unschlagbaren Instinkt für gefährliche Situationen…
