The Midnight Swim - Schwestern der Nacht (2015)
June und ihre Halbschwestern Annie und Isa werden vom Tod ihrer Mutter überrascht. Die Umweltschützerin sei beim Tauchen im Spirit Lake ertrunken, heißt es. Die drei Geschwister reisen zum Hause der Verstorbenen, und immer mit dabei: Junes Filmkamera. Das versöhnliche Verhältnis zwischen den Frauen gerät zunehmend in eine Schieflage. Ungeklärte Fragen aus der Vergangenheit belasten die Beziehung. Zugleich fühlen sie sich magisch vom Spirit Lake angezogen, in dessen Tiefen dunkle Geheimnisse zu schlummern scheinen.
