Mord in Pacot (2014)
Das Erdbeben in Haitis Hauptstadt Port-au-Prince, im Januar 2010, hat weite Teile der Stadt in ein Trümmerfeld verwandelt. Auch die Villa eines im Nobelviertel Pacot lebenden Ehepaares ist zerstört. In der Ruine versuchen sie ihren Alltag neu zu organisieren und vermieten den verschonten Teil des Hauses an Alex, einen europäischen NGO-Katastrophenhelfer. Als seine junge haitianische Geliebte Andrémise einzieht, spitzt sich die Situation zwischen den beiden ungleichen Paaren drastisch zu.
