In jeder Ausgabe steht ein anderer Superstar im Mittelpunkt. Pamela Anderson, William Shatner oder Denis Leary nahmen schon auf dem heißen Stuhl Platz. Sie alle ließen sich dabei von mehr oder weniger berühmten Freunden, Kollegen und Wegbegleitern vorführen. Heidi Klum, Michael J. Fox oder Jon Stewart schauen gerne vorbei, um ihre ganz persönlichen Rechnungen zu begleichen.
