Trouble in Mind (1985)
Hawk kommt aus dem Gefängnis zurück nach Rain City (Seattle), wo seine frühere Freundin Wanda ein Café hat. Er beobachtet das jungverheiratete Paar Coop und Georgia; Coop ist ein Großmaul, der es nicht schafft, mit vernünftiger Arbeit seine Frau und sein Baby zu unterhalten, daher lässt er sich auf Geschäfte mit Gangstern ein, bei denen er nur verlieren kann. Georgia nimmt eine Arbeit in Wandas Café an und ahnt nichts von der Gefahr, in die ihr Mann geraten ist. Hawk will ihm helfen und verlangt als Preis für die Rettung Georgia.
