Watchers - Gnadenlos gejagt (1988)
Eine gewaltige Explosion erfolgt in einem streng geheimen Regierungslaboratorium. Nur zwei telepathisch miteinander verbundenen, genetisch manipulierten Wesen gelingt es, dem Flammenmeer zu entkommen. Die eine Züchtung, ein edelrassiger Jagdhund, besitzt menschenähnliche Intelligenz. Das andere Wesen ist eine auf Töten abgerichtete monsterhafte Bestie. Ihr einprogrammiertes Ziel ist die Beseitigung des Hundes und aller Kontaktpersonen. Als der junge Travis den Hund aufnimmt, ahnt er nicht, dass die Bestie die Spur aufgenommen hat. Sie nähert sich dem Ziel und hinter ihr ein anderes Wesen - noch intelligenter, noch gnadenloser, noch gefährlicher…
