Gold Diggers - Das Geheimnis von Bear Mountain (1995)
Beth zieht mit ihrer Mutter in eine verschlafene Kleinstadt. Dort lernt sie als erste neue Freundin Jody kennen, die von dem alkoholsüchtigen Freund ihrer Mutter regelmäßig verprügelt wird. Jody sammelt schon lange alles, was sie zu der legendären Goldgräberin Molly Morgan finden kann. Eines Nachts flieht Jody von zu Hause und die beiden Freundinnen machen sich auf die abenteuerliche Reise zum Bear Mountain, in dem ein riesiger Goldschatz verborgen sein soll.
