Gillian Barber (22. Februar 1958 in Coventry, England) ist eine britisch-kanadische Schauspielerin und Theaterpädagogin. Sie wuchs in British Columbia, Kanada, auf und studierte an der Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London sowie am BFA-Programm der University of Victoria. Barber spielte in zahlreichen Filmen, darunter The Stepfather (1987), Needful Things (1993), Jumanji (1995), The 6th Day (2000) und 2012 (2009). Im Fernsehen trat sie in Serien wie Akte X – Die unheimlichen Fälle des FBI, Stargate SG-1, Supernatural, Smallville, The Man in the High Castle und Chesapeake Shores auf. Neben ihrer Schauspielkarriere ist sie als Dozentin tätig und gründete 2007 das Musical-Theater-Programm an der Capilano University in British Columbia.
