Nora (2000)
Norwegen, Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Da ihr Mann Torvald dringend einen Kuraufenthalt benötigt, fälscht Nora eine Unterschrift. Als Torvald lange Zeit später zum Bankdirektor aufsteigt, erfährt ein Gläubiger von dieser alten Geschichte und versucht Nora zu erpressen. Bald schon erfährt Torvald von der Fälschung, die Nora eigentlich aus Liebe begangen hat, doch er hat dafür kein Verständnis. Nora erkennt, dass sie bislang nur als Puppe und Besitzstück ihres Mannes gedient hat und zieht Konsequenzen.
