Die Liebe eines Sommers (1968)
Rachel ist eine 35-jährige, unverheiratete Kleinstadtlehrerin in Connecticut, die noch immer bei ihrer Mutter lebt. Als ein Mann aus der Stadt in der Provinz auftaucht und Rachel ausführt, beginnt sie über neue Entscheidungen in ihrem Leben nachzudenken. Langsam aber sicher wandelt sie sich zu einer selbstbewussten Frau und löst sich von ihrer dominanten Mutter.
