Der Regimentstrottel (1957)
Über Ihn lacht die ganze Kompanie: Bixby. “Trottel vom Dienst” misslingt einfach alles. Erst geht sein Verhältnis mit Zita, einer bildhübschen Tänzerin, in die Brüche, und als er sich in seiner Verzweiflung bei der Fremdenlegion meldet, gerät er auf dem Weg dorthin in die Fänge einer Räuberbande. Viele komische und gefährliche Situationen muss Bixy meistern, aber am Ende wartet ein Orden – und Zita.
