Storm (1999)
m Jahre 1992 entwickelt das Team von General Roberts ein Programm zur Wetter-Steuerung. Der erste Test endet in einer totalen Katastrophe: Binnen Stunden bildet sich ein tödlicher Hurrikan, der die gesamte US-Westküste zerstört. Das Projekt ist tot. 7 Jahre danach macht sich Captain Ron Young erneut an einen Test. Mit Hilfe eines Flugzeugs soll ein Hurrikan über die Wüsten Mexikos geleitet werden. Doch ein Kampf an Bord ändert das Programm. Der Orkan wütet jetzt in Richtung Los Angeles. Captain Young hat nur eine Alternative: Er muß sich an Bord einer C 123 direkt in das Zentrum des Sturms wagen. Die Zeit läuft. Young hat 3 Stunden für die Rettung von L.A.
