Vampirkiller - Untote pflastern ihren Weg (2009)
Shawn Black hat für Uncle Sam in Afghanistan gekillt, doch das hilft ihm auch nicht, als daheim seine gesamte Familie von Vampiren abgeschlachtet wird. Außer sich vor Zorn beschreitet Shawn den Pfad der Rache, was zunächst bedeutet, Licht ins Dunkel der eigenen mysteriösen Herkunft zu bringen. Shawn, so stellt sich heraus, ist nämlich der Auserwählte, um in der Schlacht um das Schicksal der Menschen für die Guten zu streiten. Und sein missratener Bruder ist nicht nur der Mörder der Familie, sondern auch zentraler Endgegner.
