Großstadtsklaven (1989)
Sie sind schon ein ungleiches Paar: die sensible bis hilflose Hutdesignerin Eleanor und der erfolgreiche Graffitykünstler Stash. Während sie von einem normalen Leben träumt, gefällt er sich auf exzentrischen Egotrips und stellt den Macho zur Schau. Als Stash die Beziehung beendet, steht Eleanor plötzlich vor dem Nichts. Doch die private Katastrophe erweist sich als beruflicher Glücksfall. Der überwältigende Erfolg ihrer ersten Kollektion rückt Eleanor in den Mittelpunkt der verrückten New Yorker Künstlerszene.
