Milla meets Moses (2020)
Milla trifft Moses – vielmehr wird sie bei der ersten Begegnung buchstäblich von ihm umgehauen. Obwohl Moses sich als Herumtreiber und Gelegenheitsdealer entpuppt, nimmt sie ihn mit zu sich nach Hause, um ihn ihren Eltern vorzustellen. Anna und Henry – eine ehemalige Konzertpianistin und ein ziemlich entspannter Psychiater – sind alles andere als begeistert von Millas neuem Freund. Doch Millas Lebensfreude und ihre Sehnsucht, die Liebe und die Welt zu entdecken, stellen die Familie auf den Kopf. Als die Eltern merken, dass Moses ihrer kranken Tochter sichtlich guttut, nehmen sie ihn trotz ihrer Bedenken bei sich auf und werden dabei mit ihren eigenen Schwächen konfrontiert.
