Im Sumpf von Louisiana... Die Tierrechtsaktivistin Dr. Nikki Riley setzt riesige Pythonschlangen aus. Diese vermehren sich wie der Blitz und fressen der gesamten Fauna den Kopf weg. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit mutieren sie zu Monstern, die auch mal kleine Menschleins verdrücken. Aber die Parkschützerin Terry O'Hara überlässt den Pythons nicht einfach so ihren Park! Also setzt sie mit Steroiden aufgepeppte Alligatoren auf die gefräßigen Monster an. Eine Schlacht der Titanen steht bevor und ganz klar ist die Menschheit in dringender Gefahr...
