Snow White (2001)
John und Josephine werden bald Eltern. Doch bei der Geburt der Tochter stirbt Josephine und John muss sich fortan alleine um das kleine Mädchen namens Schneewittchen kümmern. Vater und Tochter irren mittellos und hungrig durch die verschneite Winterlandschaft. Als seine Not am größten ist, befreit John zufällig ein grünäugiges Wesen von einem Fluch. Zum Dank werden ihm drei Wünsche erfüllt: Essen für Schneewittchen, ein Schloss und eine Königin. Zunächst scheint John glücklich, doch es stellt sich heraus, dass die Königin eine böse Frau ist, die Schneewittchen nach dem Leben trachtet.
