Monica Velour ist ein gefallener Porno-Superstar der 80er Jahre. Ihr größter Fan, der 17-jährige Tobe Hulbert ist ein exzentrischer Typ und Jungfrau, mit Vorliebe zu Filmklassikern und 30er-Jahre-Jazz. Mit seinem Fast-Food-Wiener-Mobil macht er sich auf die Suche nach dem Objekt seiner hormongesteuerten, rasenden Leidenschaft - Monica.
