Abseits des Lebens (2021)
Nach einem schmerzhaften Verlust bricht die Anwältin Edee Mathis alle Brücken hinter sich ab und zieht sich in die einsame Bergwelt der Rocky Mountains zurück, um ihre Trauer zu überwinden. Doch sie unterschätzt die Gefahren der Wildnis und die speziellen Herausforderungen, wie man - völlig auf sich gestellt - überlebt und gerät in Lebensnot. Ein Jäger, der sie zufällig gerade noch rechtzeitig rettet, bringt ihr zwar die nötige Praxis bei, doch ihren inneren Schmerz muss sie ganz allein besiegen.
