Der Atom- Wissenschaftler Heinrich wird gehetzt. Das Sicherheits-Team eines australischen Atommüll- Endlagers ist ihm auf den Fersen. Ein Erdstoß hat einen der Lagerbehälter zum Platzen gebracht, dessen radioaktiver Inhalt jetzt den Grundwasserspiegel verseucht. Das Unternehmen setzt alles daran, die Katastrophe zu vertuschen. Der Wissenschaftler jedoch flieht, um die Öffentlichkeit zu warnen. Eine Flucht, die ihn das Leben kosten kann, denn Heinrich ist bereits verseucht. Allein hat er keine Chance...
