Er nennt sich einfach nur „H“ und arbeitet bei einer Geldtransportfirma, die jede Woche Hunderte von Millionen Dollar in Los Angeles hin und her transportiert. Überfälle auf die rollenden Safes sind fast schon an der Tagesordnung. H und seine Kollegen dürfen dann nicht zimperlich sein, wenn es darum geht, das ihnen anvertraute Geld zu beschützen. Doch den wahren Grund, warum der so verschlossen wirkende H bei der Firma angeheuert hat, verrät er zunächst niemandem: Er hat eine ganz persönliche Motivation, die Drahtzieher hinter einer Reihe besonders brutaler Raubüberfälle, die zusammenhängen zu scheinen, zu finden. Und so genau, wie die Täter über die Routen der Transporter Bescheid wussten, müssen sie Insider-Infos aus dem Unternehmen bekommen. H nimmt die Sache in die eigene Hand, um die Kriminellen zur Strecke zu bringen. Er schürt mit seinen Alleingängen aber auch das Misstrauen seiner Kollegen …
