Biographie des Musikers und Entertainers "Bobby Darin". Kevin Spacey verfilmte mit Beyond The Sea die Lebensgeschichte des Sänger und Schauspieler Bobby Darin. Der legendäre Entertainer, der im Alter von nur 37 Jahren an einem Herzfehler starb, schrieb unsterbliche Hits wie “Mack the Knife” oder eben das titelgebende “Beyond the Sea”. Der Film, in dem Spacey übrigens auch selbst singt, konzentriert sich auf die gemeinsame Zeit von Bobby und seiner Ehefrau Sandra Dee.
