Future Force (1989)
USA 1991. Um der explosionsartig ansteigenden Kriminalität Herr zu werden, wird die Polizeigewalt in private Hände übergeben - mit zweifelhaftem Erfolg. Der unbestrittene Star der schießfreudigen Spezialeinheit C.O.P.S. ist John Tucker. Der erfährt am eigenen Leib die Nachteile eines privatwirtschaftlichen „law & order“-Systems, nachdem Gangsterboss Jason Adams und sein Vollstrecker über Computer Schnellurteile verfügen können. Erstes Opfer ist eine allzu kritische TV-Reporterin. Bald wird auch Tucker gejagt, der von der Unschuld der Schönen überzeugt ist. Im letzten Moment kann er Jason mit dessen eigenem perfiden System schlagen.
