Cold Storage (2026)
Teacake und Naomi sind zwei junge Angestellte eines Selfstorage-Unternehmens auf dem Gelände eines ehemaligen US-Militärstützpunkts und erleben ihre turbulenteste Nachtschicht, als ein parasitärer Pilz aus der versiegelten untersten Ebene ausbricht, wo er vor Jahrzehnten von der Regierung eingeschlossen wurde. Mit steigender Temperatur im Untergrund vermehrt sich der hoch ansteckende, schnell mutierende Mikroorganismus und entfesselt seinen gehirnkontrollierenden, körperzerstörenden Schrecken auf Menschen und andere Lebewesen. Gemeinsam mit einem ergrauten, pensionierten Bioterror-Agenten versuchen Teacake und Naomi, die Bedrohung einzudämmen und das drohende Aussterben der Menschheit zu verhindern.
