Infamous (2020)
Arielle hat ihr eintöniges Leben als unscheinbare Kellnerin in einer Kleinstadt in Florida satt. Sie träumt davon, eines Tages berühmt zu werden. Als sie sich in den kürzlich auf Bewährung entlassenen Kleinkriminellen Dean verliebt, soll ihr Wunsch schneller in Erfüllung gehen als gedacht. Nachdem das Paar Deans gewalttätigen Vater bei einer Auseinandersetzung versehentlich tötet, muss es fliehen. Um an Geld zu kommen, überfallen die beiden kleine Läden und Tankstellen. Arielle filmt ihre gemeinsamen Raubzüge und stellt die Videos online, wo sie schon bald von zahlreichen Followern gefeiert werden. Besessen von ihrem schnell wachsenden Internetruhm stürzt sich Arielle in ein selbstzerstörerisches Abenteuer aus wilden Verfolgungsjagden und Schießereien, das in einem Banküberfall gipfelt.
