The Big Wedding (2013)
Schon seit Jahren sind Don und Ellie geschieden, doch für die Hochzeit ihres Adoptivsohns geben sie noch einmal das glückliche Paar, um dessen streng katholische biologische Mutter, die aus Kolumbien angereist ist, nicht zu schockieren. Doch selbst für den strengen Hausgast lässt sich die Glücksinszenierung nicht lange aufrechterhalten. Alte Familienwunden brechen auf, abgekühlte Leidenschaften werden wiederentdeckt. Kurz vor der Hochzeit herrscht absolutes Chaos bei dieser letztlich aber ganz normalen Familie.
