Viele Tinder-Nutzer versprechen sich, auf der Dating-Plattform ihre große Liebe zu finden. Doch manchmal erwartet sie dort der ganz große Schwindel, wie im Fall von Cecilie, die es kaum glauben kann, als sie auf Tinder mit einem gutaussehenden Milliardär matcht. Erst viel zu spät erkennt sie, dass der angebliche internationale Geschäftsmann sie ganz charmant um den Finger gewickelt – und völlig ausgenommen hat. Doch Cecilie ist nicht das einzige Opfer dieses Schwindlers. Die Dokumentation „Der Tinder-Schwindler“ zeichnet nach, wie sich Cecilie mit anderen Frauen zusammengetan und die Identität des Betrügers aufgedeckt hat.
