Thank You for Smoking (2005)
Der aalglatte und sympathische PR-Stratege Nick Naylor arbeitet für die Tabakindustrie und muss seinen Arbeitgebern einen liberalen Senator vom Hals schaffen, der jedes Päckchen mit einem Totenkopf verzieren möchte. Bei dieser sowieso schon schwierigen Aufgabe kommt auch noch der an Krebs erkrankte Marlboro-Mann in die Quere, der die Industrie an den Pranger stellt. Im Privatleben hat es Nick ebenfalls nicht leicht, da er ein Vorbild für seinen 12-jährigen Sohn sein will und ihm dies auf Grund seiner Arbeit äußerst schwer fällt.
