Marco Palma ist ein hitzköpfiger und überheblicher junger Polizist, der von seinen Fahrkünsten als Zivilstreifenfahrer völlig überzeugt ist, sich zudem aufgrund seiner Überheblichkeit auf eigene Faust über bestehende Befehle seines Vorgesetzten Maresciallo Tagliaferri hinwegsetzt und den laufenden Einsatz im Rahmen einer wilden Verfolgungsjagd nach seinen Vorstellungen durchfuehrt . . .
