Lance E. Nichols (* 13. Juli 1955) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler aus New Orleans, Louisiana, der vor allem durch seine Rolle als Zahnarzt Larry Williams in der Fernsehserie „Treme“ bekannt wurde. Der Absolvent der McDonogh 35 High School und der University of New Orleans spielte außerdem in Filmen wie „Der seltsame Fall des Benjamin Button“ und „House of Cards“ mit und ist häufig in Filmen zu sehen, die in New Orleans gedreht wurden. 2012 verkörperte er eine Figur, die seiner „Treme“-Figur ähnelte und ebenfalls „Larry“ hieß, in einem Werbespot für die Chase Bank. In dem Spot waren auch Drew Brees und seine Familie zu sehen. Der Spot wurde während der Übertragung des Super Bowl XLVI ausgestrahlt.
