Schon als Junge war Kevin von der Magie von Film und Fernsehen fasziniert und freut sich daher sehr, eine Karriere in der Branche gemacht zu haben. Bis heute hat er an über 150 Filmen mitgewirkt. Zu seinen Karrierehöhepunkten zählen die Darstellung verschiedener Monster in Doctor Who, ein Fußballspiel im Wembley-Stadion (Film: Mike Bassett England Manager) und die Zusammenarbeit mit Steven Spielberg (Film: War Horse).
