Patricia Ann Hodge OBE ist eine englische Schauspielerin. Bekannt wurde sie durch ihre Rollen als Phyllida Erskine-Brown in „Rumpole of the Bailey“ (1978–1992), Jemima Shore in „Jemima Shore Investigates“ (1983), Penny in „Miranda“ (2009–2015) und Mrs. Pumphrey in „Der Doktor und das liebe Vieh“ (seit 2021). Hodge gab 1972 ihr West-End-Debüt und spielte im darauffolgenden Jahr in der West-End-Produktion von „Pippin“ unter der Regie von Bob Fosse. Sie wurde zweimal für den Olivier Award als Beste Hauptdarstellerin in einem Musical nominiert und gewann im Jahr 2000 den Olivier Award als Beste Nebendarstellerin für ihre Rolle in dem Musical „Money“. Zu ihren weiteren Filmrollen zählen der Film „Betrayal“ (1983), die Fernsehverfilmung von „The Life and Loves of a She-Devil“ (1986) und der Fernsehfilm „Hotel du Lac“ (1986). Für ihre Rolle in „Hotel du Lac“ wurde Hodge für den BAFTA TV Award als Beste Hauptdarstellerin nominiert.
