Jan Sterling (geb. Jane Sterling Adriance; 3. April 1921 – 26. März 2004) war eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Während ihrer aktivsten Zeit im Filmgeschäft in den 1950er Jahren erhielt sie für ihre Darstellung in *The High and the Mighty* (1954) einen Golden Globe Award als beste Nebendarstellerin sowie eine Nominierung für den Oscar in derselben Kategorie. Ihre beste schauspielerische Leistung wird oft als jene an der Seite von Kirk Douglas in Billy Wilders Film *Ace in the Hole* aus dem Jahr 1951 angesehen, in dem sie die Rolle der opportunistischen Ehefrau verkörperte.
