Charles Lane (geboren als Charles Gerstle Levison; 26. Januar 1905 – 9. Juli 2007) war ein US-amerikanischer Charakterdarsteller und Hundertjähriger, dessen Karriere 77 Jahre umspannte. Lane gab 2006 im Alter von 101 Jahren seinen letzten Auftritt als Erzähler. Er wirkte in zahlreichen Filmen von Frank Capra mit, darunter „You Can't Take It With You“ (1938), „Mr. Smith Goes to Washington“ (1939), „Arsenic and Old Lace“ (1944), „It's a Wonderful Life“ (1946) und „Riding High“ (1950). Er war ein bevorzugter Nebendarsteller von Lucille Ball, die ihn in ihren Fernsehserien „I Love Lucy“, „The Lucy–Desi Comedy Hour“ und „The Lucy Show“ oft als resolute Autoritätsfigur und komischen Gegenspieler ihrer zerstreuten Fernsehfigur einsetzte. Seinen ersten von mehr als 250 Filmen spielte er als Hotelangestellter in Smart Money (1931) mit Edward G. Robinson und James Cagney in den Hauptrollen.
