Chester Clute (18. Februar 1891 – 2. April 1956) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, der seit seinem Debüt 1930 in zahlreichen Hollywood-Filmen mitwirkte. Der kleine, kahlköpfige Mann mit dem markanten Schnurrbart spielte in fast 250 Filmen meist ungenannte Rollen mit nur ein oder zwei Sätzen. Er starb im Alter von 65 Jahren an einem Herzinfarkt. Geboren wurde er als Chester Lamont Clute in Orange, New Jersey. Er starb in Woodland Hills, Kalifornien, und ist auf dem Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery begraben.
