Noble Henry Willingham Jr. (31. August 1931 – 17. Januar 2004) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, der in über dreißig Filmen und zahlreichen Fernsehserien mitwirkte. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rolle als C.D. Parker in der Fernsehserie „Walker, Texas Ranger“. Zu seinen weiteren Fernsehauftritten zählen Gastrollen in Serien wie „Bonanza“, „Rauchende Colts“, „Die Waltons“, „Mary Tyler Moore“, „Detektiv Rockford – Anruf genügt“, „Alice“, „Dallas“, „CHiPs“, „Ein Duke kommt selten allein“, „Das A-Team“, „L.A. Law“, „Hör mal, wer da hämmert!“ und „Mord ist ihr Hobby“. Außerdem spielte er 1991 an der Seite von Scott Bakula und Dean Stockwell in einer Folge von „Zurück in die Vergangenheit“.
