Good Morning, Vietnam (1987)
Adrian Cronauer, ein Starmoderator des amerikanischen Armeeradios wird während des Krieges von seinem ruhigen Posten in Europa nach Vietnam versetzt, wo er mit seiner lockeren Art die Truppen bei Laune halten soll. Seine Musikauswahl und die unkonventionelle Weise, in der er seine Show moderiert, kommt aber nicht bei jedem gut an. Mit der Zeit durch die Ereignisse an der Front und die Zensur der Nachrichten wird aus dem fröhlichen Moderator ein nachdenklicher Mann.
