Floyd Delafield Crosby war ein US-amerikanischer Kameramann. 1927 begleitete er als Fotograf und Kameramann den Forscher William Beebe auf dessen Reise nach Haiti. 1931 wurde Crosby von Robert Flaherty und Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau als Kameramann für das Stummfilm-Südseedrama Tabu angestellt. Für seine Leistung bekam Crosby 1931 den Oscar für die Beste Kamera. 1952 betreute er die Kamera für den Klassiker 12 Uhr mittags, wofür er 1953 mit dem Golden Globe ausgezeichnet wurde. Von 1954 bis 1963 übernahm er für 21 zumeist B-Filme unterschiedlicher Genres unter der Regie von Roger Corman die Arbeit als Kameramann. Floyd Crosby war der Vater des Rockstars David Crosby.
