Claire Antonia Forlani (* 17. Dezember 1971) ist eine englische Schauspielerin. Mitte der 1990er-Jahre wurde sie durch ihre Hauptrolle in dem Film „Mallrats“ und in der Jean-Michel-Basquiat-Biografie „Basquiat“ (1996) bekannt. 1998 erlangte sie größere Bekanntheit durch ihre Hauptrolle in dem Fantasy-Liebesfilm „Rendezvous mit Joe Black“. Zu ihren weiteren bemerkenswerten Filmen zählen „Boys and Girls“ (2000), „The Medallion“ (2003) und „Im Namen des Königs“ (2007). Forlani wirkte außerdem in zahlreichen Fernsehfilmen und -serien mit, darunter in der Hauptrolle der historischen Fantasy-Dramaserie „Camelot“ und in wiederkehrenden Rollen in den CBS-Actionserien „CSI: NY“, „NCIS: Los Angeles“ und „Hawaii Five-0“.
