Die am 31. Mai 1921 in Bromely als Edna Lillian Gorring geborene Kent Edna Doré war eine Schauspielerin, die vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Streitaxt Mo Butcher in EastEnders von 1988 bis 1990 sowie durch die Filme Les Misérables (1998) und die Mike-Leigh-Filme Another Year, All or Nothing und High Hopes bekannt wurde. Letztere erhielt bei den European Film Awards 1989 den Preis als beste Nebendarstellerin. Sie war mit Alexander Doré verheiratet. Sie starb am 11. April 2014 im Alter von 92 Jahren in Sussex, England.
